Nice spot for visiting family with a solid breakfast and comfy beds. Andrina at the front desk was super helpful and friendly, which made things better. But wow, the manager was really rude and unhelpful when we had issues with check-in and our safe. A bit frustrating, but location was a win!

Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff, good central location with many dining and shopping options nearby.

I chose Comfort Suites for its convenient location near Saluda Shoals Park. The free manager's reception on weekdays was a pleasant surprise, and the modern accommodations and free healthy breakfast options were fantastic.
Room cleanliness needs improvement.
